Kala Academy Goa will celebrate World Music Day on June 21 at 4.30 pm at the Foyer area, Kala Academy Complex, Panaji by organising different programmes of Indian music & dance and western music.
The duration for each performance will be 5-10 minutes. Apart from the students and teachers of Kala Academy’s Faculty of Indian Music & Dance and Department of Western Music, all the artistes residing in Goa can participate and present programmes of instrumental and vocal music.
The programme will be open to all and Kala Academy has requested the artiste community residing in Goa to present their performances on this open platform. However, such artistes are required to inform in writing about their participation with necessary details like name of the interested participant/artiste, address, contact phone/mobile number, type of performance, duration, etc. latest by June 17, 4pm, on email [email protected] or call Sandeep Kalangutkar of Kala Academy.
