Yatish writes to govt on bad roads in Saligao

Congress general secretary Adv Yatish Naik has written to PWD minister Deepak Pawaskar about bad roads in Saligao. He said that the minister had made a promise in the month of July 2019 in the legislative assembly to ensure pothole free roads before Chaturthi but that the said promise has been left unattended. He has demanded that roads in Saligao constituency be made good as many roads have got potholes and eroded and washed away. He has demanded swift action by the department to ensure good motorable roads. He has said that the minister can’t loose sight of the fact that the works of the Public Works Department are funded and financed by the sweat of tax payers’ money.
