Speaking to media persons on the sidelines of BJP public meeting in Camrabhat, Taleigao, he said, “After the elections, the needed decision has to be taken in the interest of the State as well as the country. Let the chief ministers of all three states sit together and try to take a final call.”
He declined to comment further on the issue in view of the upcoming State assembly polls on February 4, and since the code of conduct is in force in the State.
“At the time of elections, we don’t want to discuss that issue. All CMs will sit together and amicably we will settle the dispute. It all depends on the CMs opinion,” he said.
BJP has released an exclusive manifesto for Camrabhat, Taleigao dominated by migrants. The manifesto speaks about a proposed rehabilitation project with 300-odd units. Additionally, it has also been proposed to set up a business zone in the area to create job opportunities.
