Yuvraj owns bungalow in Morjim

It was a nondescript bungalow in Varchawada-Morjim until it became famous almost overnight, when locals discovered that the premises belonged to Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh.
Locals had no clue that the bungalow was owned by Yuvraj, until word rapidly spread that the premises was the venue of Yuvraj's wedding reception on Saturday.
Locals soon began to flock to the site, hoping to catch a glimpse of the cricket icon, his wife and the star-studded invitees.
The bungalow was constructed by real estate agent Suraj Morajkar, who told The Goan that the house was built after all permissions were obtained from the government.
“The bungalow offers a panoramic view of the Chapora river and the entire stretch of Arabian Sea,” said Morajkar.
When contacted, Morjim Sarpanch Nilesh Shetgaokar said the panchayat had given permission to construct the bungalow, after receiving all necessary documents and permissions.
