‘Kala Rang’ from April 27

Noted santoor maestro, Pt Shivkumar Sharma, Hindustani classical exponent Sanjeev Abhyankar and acclaimed Marathi dramas have been lined up for performance live at the festival of dance, music and theatre --- ‘Kala Rang’ --- scheduled to commence from April 27 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao.

On the first day, noted santoor exponent Pt Shivkumar Sharma will perform live at 7 pm immediately after the formal inauguration of the festival at 6.15 pm.On second day, April 28, Hindustani classical music exponent Sanjay Abhyankar will perform live at 6.30 pm.

On Saturday, April 29, will feature Odissi dance recital by Sujata Mohapatra at 6.30 p.m. On April 30, Marathi drama ‘Wada Chirebandi’ directed by Chandrakant Kulkarni will be staged at 6 pm.
