2 held in Pilerne murder case

Porvorim police have arrested two persons in connection with the murder of N S Dhillon who was found dead in his room at Pilerne.

The two accused, Nitu Shankar Ahuja (22) and Jitendra Ramchandra Sahu (32), both from Bhopal-MP, were produced before the Judicial Magistrate First Class who remanded them to 10 days in police custody.

According to police sources, the deceased had invited Ahuja, Sahu and a friend to his villa and had sent his car to bring them to his villa.

During the party, there were heated discussions between the three guests and Dhillon. The three persons are accused to have murdered Dhillon and later fled from the scene along with valuables, cash and the car.

This was revealed to the Mumbai police when they were arrested at a Toll Naka in Mumbai. Police have recovered goods and valuables worth Rs 47.82 lakh and arrested Sahu and Ahuja. The third accused Kunal is absconding.

Police Inspector Rahul Parab is investigating the case under the guidance of SP North Nidhin Valson.
