On the recommendation of the Goa Civil Service Board and with the approval of the government, the transfer and posting of 23 junior scale officers of Goa Civil Service was issued on Monday. These transfers and reshuffles are between the officers, some of whom have been given additional charge and others different responsibilities.
Rajesh Azgaonkar, deputy collector and SDM-I Bardez will now be deputy collector and SDM, Pernem with additional charge of SLAO, Tilari Irrigation Project. Similarly, Bala Korgaonkar, assistant director, HT and C, will be deputy director (Administration) Goa Medical College (GMC). Pravin Hire Parab, deputy director, GMC will now be deputy collector and SDM, Sattari with additional charge of Forest Settlement Officer, North.
Gurudas S T Dessai, deputy collector and SDO, Tiswadi will now be deputy collector and SDM-I, Bardez. Eshant Sawant, Under Secretary, Home-II, will be deputy collector and SDM, Tiswadi. Ajay Gaude, deputy collector (DRO) North with additional charge of deputy collector (Revenue) North, will now hold only one post, that of the deputy collector (Revenue) North.
Ravishekhar Nipanikar, deputy collector and SDO, Pernem holding additional charge of SLAO, Tillari Irrigation Project will now hold the post of deputy registrar of cooperative societies (Tech). Joao B Fernandes, deputy collector and SDO-II, Salcete, holding additional charge of SLAO, KRC and administrator of Communidade, South Zone will now be the chief officer, Cuncoliem Municipal Council with additional charge of Forest Settlement officer, South upon retirement of Violet Gomes.
Sharmila Gaunkar, deputy director (administration) Skill Development and Entrepreneurship holding additional charge of project officer, DRDA, North will now be deputy collector and SDO-II Salcete, with additional charge of SLAO, KRC. Pratima J Braganza, assistant commissioner of commercial taxes, will now be deputy director (administration), skill development and entrepreneurship.
Swati Dalvi, deputy registrar, Goa Engineering College, Farmagudi, holding additional charge of member secretary, Rajiv Kala Mandir, Ponda will be now deputy director of Panchayats (South). Pundalik Khorjuekar, deputy director (administration), Tribal Welfare, holding additional charge of deputy registrar of cooperative societies (Tech), will now be deputy registrar, Goa Engineering College, Farmagudi with additional charge of member secretary, Rajiv Gandhi Kala Mandir, Ponda.
Sandra D'Souza, deputy collector, (LA) North, will be deputy collector (DRO), North with additional charge of OSD, RERA. Sagar Gaude, deputy collector and SDM, Sanguem will now be chief officer, Ponda Municipal Council. Raju Dessai, deputy director of Panchayats, South will take up post as deputy collector and SDM, Sanguem. Kedar Ashok Naik, deputy collector and SDM, Dharbandora will be holding the post of joint director, information and publicity, with additional charge of deputy director (admin), Art and Culture.
Ramesh P Naik, joint director, Information and Publicity holding additional charge of deputy director (administration), Art and Culture will now be deputy collector and SDM of Dharbandora. Pandurang T Talgaonkar, deputy director (administration), Agriculture, will be deputy director (admin) DFDA with additional charge of general manager, GIDC. Sohan Ashok Uskaikar, deputy director (administration) DFDA holding additional charge of general manager, GIDC will now be deputy director (admin), Agriculture.
Maya Pednekar, Under Secretary, Personnel-II, holding additional charge of Under Secretary, ARD, will be deputy director, Vigilance. Natine Stevea Araujo, deputy director, Vigilance will be now Under secretary, Personnel-II. Chandrakant Shetkar, SLAO (PWD) and SLAO, National Highway, will be taking charge as deputy collector (LA) North with additional charge of SLAO (PWD) and SLAO, National Highway (NHAI). Geeta Nagvenkar, administrator of Communidade, Central Zone will be deputy director (administration), PWD upon retirement of A V Redkar with additional charge of Administrator of Communidade, Central Zone.
