The Centre has assigned the second consignment of 36,580 doses of Covid vaccine for the 18 to 44 age group and the same is expected to arrive in Goa in the last week of May or first week of June, Health Secretary Ravi Dhawan said.
Due to good response from this age group for vaccination, the first consignment of 32,870 doses of the vaccine would be fully utilised before the new consignment arrives. “There will be some gap,” he said.
