Another senior member of the Aam Aadmi Party in Goa has quit the party.
A day after Pradeep Padgaonkar quit the party, Rodney Almeida has resigned from the post of South Goa district Convenor of AAP as well as from the primary membership of the party with immediate effect.
In his resignation letter sent to AAP Goa interim Convenor, Rahul Mhambre he said, “Can proudly say that I gave my all only to see if Goa could be saved through the concept of Swaraj, transparency and the 3 C’s enshrined in AAP’s constitution.”
Rodney said he will continue to devote time and resources for the betterment of Goa through forums that honestly fight for Goa.
An activist hailing from Seraulim village in Benaulim constituency, Rodney said he would take a call on his future.
