Bus-shelters could be Achilles heel

PANAJI

The bus shelters and bus stops at various points along the smart city bus routes could be a major hiccup in the implementation of the bus-service. 

There have been complaints of poor quality and design, including from Revenue Minister Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate, who represents Panaji.

Although Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has assured that the issue will be rectified and the contractor asked to come up with re-designed shelters, not much has happened on that front.
