Shri Siddharoodha Swamiji Mutt Trust together with Prudent Media Network shall produce a documentary highlighting the life and teachings of Shri Siddharoodha Swamiji, the selfless saint from the 19th century from North Karnataka region who lived an extremely aesthetic life and never discriminated against his devotees on the basis of caste, creed and religion.
He was a great teacher, philosopher and guide to millions of people who approached him for solace and happiness.
In the meeting that was held at the office of the Mutt on Wednesday, it was decided to make a documentary on the life of Shri Siddharoodha Swamiji.
Chairman of the Shri Siddharoodha Swamiji Trust Basavraj Kalyanshettar along with Director of Prudent Media Network Joe Louis took part in the discussions together with the trustees and held discussions at the trust's office at Hubballi.
It was decided to produce a documentary in English and Kannada for the benefit of the followers and to be released in Goa at a later date.
Speaking on the occasion, Louis said that Prudent Media is privileged to produce a documentary and take the saint's message in every household in the region.
He also emphasised that the documentary would establish and strengthen the bond of friendship between Goa and North Karnataka ushering into a new era of harmonious relations.
Chairman of the Trust Basavraj Kalyanshettar expressed his gratitude stating that Prudent Media Network is certainly doing excellent service in the field of media and has a reach of over 100 million in India and abroad.
Vinayak Ghodake, Geeta Kalburgi, Sarvamangala Pathak, K L Patil, Shamanand Pujari, Channaveer Mungurwadi Tuljappa Kalaburgi, Udaykumar Nayak and Prudent Media Network team from Goa and Belagavi were present on the occasion.
