St Andre MLA Viresh Borkar apprised Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on the need for an overbridge near Holy Cross, Bambolim, as well as a cattle pass at Agassaim.
Speaking to The Goan, Borkar informed that he has submitted proposals for the same with the Union Minister as these projects are vital to avoid fatal mishaps.
“At both these places, fatal accidents have occurred as the public finds it difficult to cross the road,” Borkar said and added that he has apprised Gadkari on these twin issues on St Andre.
“Also, I have raised the issue for the need of an over overbridge at Colvale and Dhargal,” Borkar informed while stating that he has submitted proposal to the Union Minister.
