PANAJI: The Directorate of Education has issued a circular asking all government, aided, unaided, primary, secondary and special schools to encourage students and teachers to take part in the Serendipity Arts Festival 2025.
Director of Education Shailesh Zingade said the 10th edition of the festival, to be held from 14 to 21 December at Art Park, Panaji, will include hands-on workshops, film screenings and interactive craft sessions designed specially for children. Each session will have space for 25 to 30 students and will run daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Schools have been asked to register early through the Google form link mentioned in the circular. The DOE has said Balrath buses may be used for transport. The department has encouraged strong participation to support creativity and curiosity among young learners.
