The Bombay High Court at Goa has cancelled the bail granted to history sheeters Tarzan Parsekar and Sagar Patil on grounds of having violated the conditions of bail and came to the North Goa and assaulted a man and his minor son.
Parsekar who is on bail granted by the Bombay High Court at Goa in Anjuna for an offence committed in the year 2022 assaulted the man and his school going son when he came to collect his son from football training at Nagoa-Arpora.
The Anjuna Police had earlier moved for cancellation of bail following the attack since one of the bail conditions was that he should not enter the North Goa District.
On January 4, this year at around 6.30 pm the man had come to collect his son from Football Training at Nagoa Arpora Tarzan Parsekar and Sagar Patil assaulted him and his minor son and also threatened to kill him. The grouse was that the man had allegedly approached the MLA complaining against Parsekar for the attack on one Ravi Shirodkar in 2022.
