The Indian Meteorological Department-Goa (IMD-Goa) has forecasted light rainfall and thundershowers at isolated places across the state on April 9 and 10.
“A trough-like feature is likely to form in the lower levels of the atmosphere over Goa from April 8 onwards and conditions in the higher levels also become favourable for light rain and thundershowers by April 9 over Goa at isolated places,” the IMD has stated in its forecast.
It has been predicted that an increase in cloud formation can be expected from April 8 and light rain and thundershowers are likely on April 9 and 10.
The minimum temperature on April 7 and 8 is likely to be slightly higher than normal.
