Konkan railway police personnel received a pat on their back after they managed to trace a six-year-old boy from Uttar Pradesh who had gone missing from a train.
Police said a nine-member family from Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh was on vacation in the State. While they were returning home, the boy went missing on the train.
Head constable Brijesh Naik and police constables Raghesh Naik, Manjunath and Deeptesh Kerkar later traced the missing boy at the Karmali railway station. He was later safely handed over to the custody of his parents.
