With monsoons a little over two months away, requests have come from the judiciary to plug the leakage issue at the South Goa district and sessions court building and the Civil and Criminal court building at Vasco.
With work on the repair and renovation of the heritage Margao Civic and criminal court building stands complete in all respects, the PWD, Building division is now gearing up to plug leakage issues at the South district Court building and the Vasco court building.
Sources in the know pointed out that senior PWD officials attached to the PWD, Building division had a meeting with district and sessions Court judge and have also inspected the Vasco court building ahead of the repairs.
The official informed that the PWD will plug the water leakage issue at the two court buildings in the coming months before the onset of monsoons.
