The Maina Curtorim police has registered a FIR against a woman for allowing her minor son to rid a Jawa motorcycle, which was involved in an accident that left two persons.
The police informed that the accused owner of the motorcycle Pradnya Jolapure, resident of Mugali Sao Jose De Areal, allowed her minor son, to ride the motorcycle.
The minor boy rode the bike in a rash and negligent manner and when he reached at Phullamol, Sao Jose De Areal he dashed one Jupiter scooter, proceeding from opposite direction.
This accident led to grievous injuries to the pillion rider of Jupiter scooter namely Mobin Ansari, resident of Nessai Salcete and a native of Bihar and simple injury to the rider of Jupiter scooter Hasmusddin Ansari, a native of Bihar.
A case under section 281,125(a)(b) of BNS and 3 and 180 of MV Act has been registered by the police.
