The cross examination of the victim minor girl in the rape case allegedly involving Revenue Minister Atanasio Monserrate has ended on Wednesday.
The Revenue Minister, who is under permanent exemption from appearing in the case, was represented by Mumbai-based expert in cross examination, Adv S Pasbola.
With the completion of the cross examination of the victim girl, Special Judge and South Goa Sessions Court Judge, Irshad Agha has issued summons to two witnesses at the next date of hearing scheduled on September 4.
