“This year, we are all set to host NoMoZo 4.0. Our team has been working tirelessly to bring back the magic of NoMoZo on Sunday, that we have all missed out on since 2020,” said Borkar.
“This year, Porvorim Rising has collaborated with the tourism department to organise the large-scale event which was successful for three years and was highlighted across India as well,” said Borkar.
Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte said there is a need for motor-free streets at a time when traffic has increased.
