MARGAO: South Goa District Magistrate Egna Cleetus and District Police Chief, SP Tikam Singh, held a joint meeting to review the law and order situation in the district.
They instructed Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) and Sub-Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs) to speed up inquiries in pending cases. Officials were also asked to stay alert and closely monitor the law and order situation. All SDMs and SDPOs of South Goa attended the meeting.
