The Chimbel Primary Health Centre (PHC) has started a post-Covid cum ayurvedic OPD at its sub-health centre at Kirlawada school which will function every Friday.
The OPD was inaugurated by St Cruz MLA Tony Fernandes in the presence of Chimbel PHC MO Dr Jude D’Souza and others.
Speaking to The Goan, Dr D’Souza said post-Covid patients will be treated at the OPD which also doubles up as an ayurvedic OPD.
“The OPD will function every Friday with a specialist ayurvedic doctor available,” said Dr D’Souza, while adding that a similar OPD will be opened up at Casa do Povo, Taleigao on Saturday.
