A day after Chief Minister Pramod Sawant reiterated his promise of filling up 10,000 job vacancies in the government well ahead of the election-related ban on recruitment, the Electricity Department has announced 119 vacancies, including some of Junior Engineer (Civil).
In all, the power department has sought applications for filling up some 119 posts including those of Junior Engineer (Civil), Junior Stenographer, Assistant Data Entry Operator and Assistant Lineman/ Wireman.
The process will be by direct recruitment on temporary basis.
