Due to urgent work of JICA M S pipeline for improvement of water supply to Mormugao taluka and work of Anti-track coating to 33 KV Cubical at outdoor sub-station at Verna Pumping Station there will be restricted water supply on November 30, 2020, to the areas of Vasco, Dabolim, Cortalim and Mormugao.
The Water Resource Department has informed that Tillari Irrigation Canal supplying water to Assonora Water Treatment Plant will be closed for maintenance from Friday night. Hence, water supply to Bardez taluka will be affected for two days. Supply will be normalized by taking water from other sources, the Department of Information and Publicity informed.
