Shinde’s Shiv Sena aims to enrol 1 lakh members in Goa

Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena has plans to enrol 1 lakh members across the State over the next three months.

Addressing a news conference in Nanora-Bicholim, Shinde Shiv Sena Goa State convenor and North West Mumbai MP Gajanan Kirtikar stated that Shinde’s Shiv Sena will enter the State with new vigour.

“We have entered the field to create an army of Shiv Sainiks in all constituencies and we will win the hearts of peoples. Over the next three months, we will enrol about 1 lakh new members in all 40 constituencies of Goa. We will then be to contest elections with full capacity. We resolve to work for the overall development of Goa,” said Kirtikar.

Kirtikar said members of Shiv Sena have been in Goa for many years and had won seats for the BJP through their alliance.

“Now, the Shinde Shiv Sena group was to work with new vigour to strengthen Shiv Sena in Goa and will work solely to solve problems of the people,” said Kirtikar.

Shiv Sena leader Upendra Gaonkar said he would start a liaison office to strengthen Shiv Sena in the State.

Later, activists participated in a meeting to discuss plans to increase great connect with people in the State.

Others present at the news conference included Subhash Sawant and Kashinath Mayekar.
