Goa Legislative Assembly Speaker Rajesh Patnekar is slated to hear the disqualification petition against 10 MLAs who defected from the Congress to the ruling BJP and 2 law-makers formerly of the MGP but now in the ruling party at 11am on Friday in his chamber.
Patnekar, however, has informed the Supreme Court of India via a 'clarification application' that it may "not be possible" to complete the hearing in a single day.
