John Stephen D'Souza, owner of Hill Top Goa in Vagator has refused to co-operate with the investigation team in Hyderabad as his four days of police custody ended on Thursday. Steve, arrested from Anjuna on September 21 was taken to Hyderabad on following night where the local magistrate remanded him to judicial custody.
The Osmania police managed to get his police remand on Monday in order to interrogate him regarding the lethal nexus operated from Goa. Steve is said to be a main link even as several others are in hiding. The senior citizen has refused to cooperate but the investigators have extracted his call details in addition to other crucial evidence linking him and many others to this case.
