The Colva police has arrested two persons in connection with the brutal assault on a native of Dadra and Nagar Haveli near the Benaulim Beach road last week.
Colva police station in charge PI Vikram Naik informed that the police has arrested Shiva Kamdali from Karnataka and Dijjan Kumar Singh from Sikkim for assaulting the victim Francis Dominic Fernandes.
The victim had lodged a complaint stating that he was assaulted by two unknown persons on January 31 near the Benaulim beach road.
In his complaint, the victim had alleged that two unknown accused persons with their common intention assaulted him with fist blows and thereafter with a whiskey glass bottle, causing injuries on his chest and face,
