The Crime Branch of Goa police on Tuesday arrested two Goans with drugs worth Rs one lakh.
The crime branch arrested Arpora resident Kishor Divkar, 41 and Siolim resident Gurudas Bhatkande, 33 with drugs. Both are arrested under NDPS Act.
According to the police, in between 02.45 hrs to 06.30 hrs of Tuesday, at parking lot near Goan Spice Restaurant, Anjuna accused Kishor was found in possession of one autopress transparent polythene packet containing in it 10 tablets of brown colour, suspected to be psychotropic substance Ecstasy tablets weighing 4.445 grams.
The other accused Gurudas was carrying 9 tablets out of which 5 tablets were in brown colour and four tablets in pink colour suspected to be psychotropic substance weighing 3.944 grams. Both the accused were carrying drugs worth one lakh.
