Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar on Saturday said that a detailed presentation on the proposed KTC bus stand project will be held on May 25, assuring that all aspects of the plan will be placed before the public.

The announcement comes amid discussions surrounding the project, with the MLA stating that the presentation will offer clarity on the proposed development and address concerns raised by citizens.

Speaking on the issue, Salkar said all stakeholders will be taken into confidence before the project moves ahead. “A detailed presentation on the KTC bus stand project will be held on May 25, where every aspect will be explained. We will ensure that all concerns of the people are addressed and clarified,” he said.

He stressed that the process would remain transparent and inclusive, with public participation being given due importance. “The project will move forward in a transparent and people-centric manner, with due consultation,” Salkar added.

Urging citizens not to be influenced by misinformation, the MLA appealed for patience until the official details are presented. “People should not be misled by false propaganda. All facts will be placed before the public during the presentation,” he said.

The proposed KTC bus stand project has been under discussion in Vasco, with expectations that the upcoming presentation will provide a clearer picture of the plan, including its design, impact and benefits.

Authorities are expected to outline key features of the project during the session, while also taking feedback from stakeholders before proceeding further.
