TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane said a three-member team comprising secretary of town planning and two IAS officers would be formed to further investigate and to affix responsibility into irregularities in Calangute, Candolim, Arpora, Nagoa and Parra Outline Development Plans (ODPs).
“The government will file an affidavit in court that these are reverted areas. I have already signed a file,” said Rane, in the Assembly.
“The survey numbers will be blacklisted unless there is a reason to bring it back. We will ensure that total transparent process and corruption-free process is adopted.”
Rane said he would bring amendment in law so that such irregularities can be curbed, adding that PDA chairpersons Jennifer Monserrate, Daji Salkar and Joshua D'Souza would be taken into confidence.
