But Reggie, as he is known in the village, gotit all wrong as he set out for a morning jog on the Rs 1.4 crore astro-turfjoggers park at Fatorda. Loutolim MLA Mickky Pacheco and South Goa SuperintendentAllen D’Sa seem to have become synonymous to Loutolim Village. It all started afew years back when Nadia Torrado committed suicide. That time the BetalbatimMLA and Allen D’Sa were all over the village and now also with the LuisBaptista murder, the two are seen again in Loutolim. Last week Allen D’Sa wouldjoke to the media about Portuguese passport holders as Mickky had his witchhunt on Allen’s alleged Portuguese passport.
