It is funny to see some panchayat members standing as candidates for assembly election. Do they think that this is a panchayat ward election? Or do they think that elections are a joke and they can fool the people by their dirty tricks? Many independent candidates are the candidates of BJP party where the politicians have made an arrangement to spilt the votes so that BJP candidate will be the winner. This is the election Mastermind game as the independent candidate is well paid. The assembly elections are on Valentine's Day and we request that lovers can go for date after casting their vote for a better candidate which will be a Valentine’s gift to the people of Goa. Politicians have given money to few persons to spread rumours that some candidate and party are winning a particular election constituency. Please do not fall in their trap as they will all come with empty promises, schemes, money, liquor and biryani. Politicians’ workers will come to your door steps to take you and your family members to the polling station by car but after you cast your vote nobody will drop you back.
