I have to appreciate the service given by the staff of Loutolim Post Office. The only suggestion I wish to give is for the post office to have a separate queue and counter for the senior citizen.
This will help in quick handling of postal matters and shall benefit senior citizens who have to stand in queues for a long time, especially those who are ill.
