Close on the heels of the three contentious linear projects and the resultant mass protests, comes another dampener from the Centre with regard to the atrocious Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) notification which will adversely affect the Goan diaspora working abroad by using the Portuguese passport as a springboard for employment in European countries.
