Allow no more illegal houses for sake of gaining votes

The government should take a firm step to  regularize  all   illegal houses in the Goa state  in the interest of Goans. It doesn't mean build illegal and regularize concept be followed. As of now, old houses be legalised and no illegal house construction be allowed henceforth by law for sake of gaining votes. Residents of the houses on Serula Comunidade met the chief minister to save their houses. They urged the chief minister to pass the law to regularize their houses. Bring all lands in the policy for sheltering homeless people subject to law, avoiding disputes. For this purpose implement a "Goa  CM Legal Avas  Scheme " and issue  occupancy certificates  to all legal house holders. This would be governmental salvation for the people. However, repetition should be avoided henceforth.  Some residents said that they have got proper allotment, sanad from the revenue department besides NOCs from all authorities and even occupancy certificate. If so, something has gone wrong, which  needs to be  corrected rather than keeping people in panic.
