Many students are eager to go back to school to be with their classmates, friends and teachers. Parents should repose faith in the school managements and teachers as the State gears up to partially reopen schools, decision of which is likely to be taken after October 2 as announced by the State government.
We have to collectively fight against Covid-19. Schools should display posters on awareness about the deadly infection. Despite the pandemic scene, we often see children moving in public places and markets, then why can't they be in schools?
We must be ready to face the present situation and expect that a vaccine is launched soon. School reopening needs all the more important because of the weak network coverage in Goa making it difficult for students to connect to online classes.
Requesting parents to leave their children in the care of teachers and send your children back to school. Also requesting State government and Education department to be extra vigilant once the schools reopen.
