That is a good step, the Goa police in civil clothes to keep tabs on vehicles near bars. Innocent lives have been lost on account of drunken driving in cities like Mumbai as well. It's time to curb this menace. There is also this menace of wrong side driving which is responsible for people getting seriously injured or even ending in death. People need to understand that it is not just their lives at risk but innocent pedestrians as well. Their lives are as precious as those of others. They need to understand that there is somebody waiting for them at home.
