No one can love without any reason, except for dogs who show affection towards human beings without any malice. The bonding between dogs and human beings is superior than anything in this world. Dogs are most loyal pets. But in our country and State, we see how dogs are shunned, shunted and ill-treated.
There have been instances when dogs have been tied to vehicles and dragged, leaving them badly injured or dead. In Goa, the stray dog problem is a big one and most of the municpal councils and other local bodies have not managed to deal with it. These strays too require the care and affection, same as human beings. Dogs are grateful. If you need a best friend, it is the dog on the street you could rely on.
