It is noticed that the food stalls and various shops are selling the food items which are prepared at home. It doesn't have any quantity or quality marked on it. The main thing is that it doesn't have any expiry date on the product which is dangerous to the health of the people who buy the local products throughout the State. The FDA in Goa has to carry out inspection of the food products throughout Goa for the safety of the people. Also shopkeepers should not buy or keep any food items in their shops which are not following a proper legal process. In many shops in the villages and cities the expired items are sold deceiving the common man. The Food and Drugs Administration team in Goa should immediately check various types of food products throughout the State in shops, hotels, restaurants, etc and take action against those who are cheating the people.
