Whenever foreign governments puts out a travel advisory on Goa with regards to crime and safety, the Goa government and the Goa Police appear to be highly offended and issues a defensive rebuttal to the same!.
Foreign governments’ advisory might be right or wrong that’s another matter, but one can easily see almost daily serious crime and suspected murder cases (including finding dead bodies in various places including rivers, water bodies, sea, land etc) in the State.
So is the Goa government and police incompetence not giving us reasons to believe the foreign travel advisories and seriously doubt the competence and credibility of our minsters and police force.
