Recording videos and clicking photos of a road accident on the mobile have become a common occurrence. Every now and then people have been criticized for not helping the accident victim but are rather engaged in recording videos and clicking photos and then up-loading them on social media. However, in a bizarre incident that occurred at Collem, a fisherman whose vehicle met with an accident was robbed of fish by people passing by leaving the accident victim unattended. It is understood that the jeep fell on its side with around twelve boxes of fish worth around Rs 25,000. The maximum quantity of the fish was stolen by people passing by the accident site. All this took place when the injured driver was appealing to the people not to rob the fish as it would be a major loss for him. Videos and photos regarding the incident have gone viral on social media It is extremely shocking that such an incident has taken place in Goa. Some time back another video which went viral on social media showed how people in another state were robbing liquor bottles when a truck carrying several these fell on its side. People in general appear to have become extremely insensitive and greedy. They would rather steal things at an accident site than help the accident victim. Humanity appears to have been lost.
