Minister should find alternate land for 25,000 illegal houses

The Minister for Industries Mauvin Godinho says there are 25,000 illegal houses in Goa which must not be razed. Yet, his very own central BJP are razing such illegal houses in Delhi. BJP changes tack when it suits them. Does the land on which such illegalities have come up belong to him or the government? Are the owners Bill Gates or Ambanis/Adanis that they can just give up the same for nothing? If the minister feels so much for human rights then the government must divert Rs 20 crores and purchase the land at the current commercial rates. The owners too have human rights.  A survey must be done of all these illegal houses. Why are the  Revolutionary Goan Party/Aap Aadmi Party not questioning him about assessing the commercial land value, see if they have toilets and/or they block access or form any hardships to others in which they must be raised. Let the minister find alternate land for them.
