No bus services via Arpora from Mapusa after 8pm

Mapusa to Calangute bus operators are consistently failing to adhere to scheduled bus trip timings via Arpora village from 8 pm onwards. An old lady who is vegetable vendor at Mapusa market, Shobhavati Divkar, expresses her concerns and seek a resolution over transport issue. She had orally escalated the issue to the relevant authority, the Regional Transport Office (RTO) at Mapusa, Bardez Goa. According to her, bus operators are not plying passengers buses via Arpora Market from 8 pm onwards, however, using short cut route via Nagoa to Calangute. So passengers are compelled to walk one and half kilometre to Arpora at night. The bus operators have been repeatedly exercising this practice causing inconvenience to the passengers, inspite of making oral complaint to Assistant Director of RTO at Mapusa Bardez Goa.   Since operators did not address the issue ,the passengers have decided to submit written complaint to RTO in person. The passengers want action in the matter or they are demanding KTC bus service.  I request Arpora-Nagoa VP to send proposal or resolution to the Director of Transport.
