All the Opposition party supremos, chiefs and bigwigs have to very seriously consider to support one another in order to bring about a change in the government in Goa and to lead to the transformation of Goa, through judicious development that is acceptable to the people of Goa. Opposition unity will definitely triumph at the hustings.
Some of the small ideological differences can be sorted out in the quest for a united front, which is of paramount importance to save Goa at this critical juncture. It may be stressed that the allegations of corruption against the BJP government in the State by the former Governor of Goa Satya Pal Malik is of a very serious nature that warranted the resignation of the entire Cabinet in Goa as the Governor is a Constitutional head of the State and thus anything that he abjures cannot be taken lightly.
The people of Goa have to decisively cast their judgement of the present dispensation which has not done anything for the cause of the Goans and has to be voted out of power. Enough is enough, it’s time for a change of government in the State to save Goa and start its redemption which had made it the Rome of the East.
