It is regretting to note that the monthly pension payments under the Dayanand Social Security Scheme are not paid to deserving senior citizens since December 2021. I have personally witnessed senior citizens with tears in their eyes returning home after visiting the bank for hours on end, for an update on their pension amount. Is it possible for the administration to tackle this problem on a war footing? It is my request to the officer concerned or the CM to intervene and resolve this long outstanding problem to alleviate the problems of the senior citizens.
