The sensational sting operation exposing the greed of 4 candidates; 3 of the Congress and one from Trinamool Congress has gone viral. Even before the election results, these avaricious representatives have stooped low, willing not only to bend but crawl and sell their souls, if the price is met. It is a visible glimpse for those who always doubted the real motives and intentions of turn coats, switching over and defecting for development of their own nest. Why would they jeopardize their future prospects if not for money and take risks in truncating their lucrative life long profession in politics? The voters stand betrayed.
The immediate reactions of faithful hounds is that the sting operation is fake. What is fake, the conversations, voice, the situations, the transactions in partial cash exchange, their solemn assurances to be a part of diabolic plot of defections and rope in more on the fence with the blessings of those in charge?
