Everyday I pass along the Dona Paula-Miramar road by scooter and I make a point to look to the left to see how many more trees have vanished. Recently I find near Swimsea restaurant huge amount of mud has been excavated and brought aside and the size goes on increasing so much so that the height is above the Swimsea building. This construction is supposed to be in NDZ and allegedly the construction belongs to a minister. Apparently construction is approved by CCP as the developer claimed that there is a road existing nearby. I have done some enquiries and also inquired with a local councillor who told me that there is a new mud road behind this plot which was not existing before. Does this mean to have a construction in NDZ one can make any artificial road and start construction? Is the high tide line not being followed? This construction appears to be for high rise building according to the foundation. The Miramar sea is very close. Once this construction is completed then it will open the gates for other projects.
