Nowadays we have been witnessing almost every person from infants to old aged ones addicted to ‘mobile’, the technological revolution. We are so occupied with mobile addiction that we virtually forget to enjoy the beautiful nature around us. We have forgotten beautiful conversations with family members and lost our creativity of the mind. These are the ill effects of continued usage of mobiles. In a bid to know what’s happening around the world, we are unduly straining our one important organ, the eyes. We want to solve all problems by using mobiles, some of which are not problems at all. The sooner we come out of this malice the better it will be. The real world is far more beautiful than the virtual world. One way to stop being addicted to mobiles is to develop the habit of reading books and newspapers in print edition, spend quality time with our family members. We should learn the art of using our mobiles judiciously for our good health and better relations with our kith and kin.
