It is really sad to see that due to pandemic many people who were working aboard and came for vacation could not go back specially those who are working in Gulf countries like UAE because their SOPs guidelines say that only those who have their visa issued by Dubai, Abu Dhabi have to enter in their respective airports and should have been vaccinated only in UAE and having final certificate for Covid 19 vaccination can only travel to UAE. Many citizens of India who are working all over the world have already joined work like seafarers, etc showing the final certificate for Covid-19 vaccination with Covishield. It’s shocking that final certificate for Covid 19 vax issued by the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has no value in Gulf countries like UAE.
We request the UAE authorities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to allow the residence visa holders who are having final certificate for Covid 19 vaccination issued by the government of India to enter UAE. Hope the government of UAE opens their doors and welcomes back the visa holders to UAE without any problems.
